Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail (watches, jewelry, or high-end fashion), premium banking, or wealth management;
- Familiarity with prestigious watch brands is highly advantageous;
- Flawless communication skills in Romanian and medium to advanced level English;
- Exceptional negotiation and storytelling abilities with a "closer" mindset;
- Polished, professional appearance and impeccable personal grooming standards;
- High emotional intelligence, discretion in handling high-value transactions, and a proactive attitude;
- Strong organizational abilities with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

- Manage the full sales cycle, from greeting distinguished visitors to closing deals and providing high-end post-sale relationship management;
- Provide expert consultations on the history, mechanics, and investment value of luxury timepieces, ensuring a premium customer experience;
- Proactively follow up on leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email, ensuring a seamless transition from prospect to loyal client;
- Handle sales and consignment agreements, including payment processing (traditional and digital assets) and coordination of delivery or authentication logistics;
- Maintain immaculate showroom standards, monitor market trends, and ensure the security and accurate registration of high-value inventory;
- Maintain comprehensive client records and support the team with reporting and data entry to ensure a personalized luxury service.

- Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 10:30 -18:30; Saturday: 10:30 - 13:30.
