Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Logistics or Operations role
Higher education (BA) in the field of Business/Finance/Logistics
An analytic mind and good numeracy skills
Problem solving skills and ability to prioritise
Ability and flexibility to manage multiple tasks and deliver to deadlines
Fluency in written and spoken English
Excellent Microsoft Office proficiency
Advantages:
Knowledge of e-commerce and B2C industry is highly advantageous
Experience at a logistics/fulfilment company

Manage shipment claims with courier partners and customers to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution
Liaise with operations team and warehouse for excellent and efficient fulfilment services
Liaise with sales team in order to increase customer satisfaction
Liaise with courier partners to ensure the highest quality services
Work with the team to develop and maintain internal processes and protocols, and ensure their compliance
