Logistics Coordinator – Logistics Department

• University degree;
• 3-5 years experience in the field or in similar field;
• Proficiency in English;
• MS Office, Outlook knowledge;
• Ability to analyze and synthesize operational data;
• Excellent organizational and planning skills;
• Strong communication skills and effective cross‑departmental collaboration;
• Stress resilience and ability to manage critical situations;
• Solution‑oriented mindset and continuous improvement approach.

• Coordinates material and production planning activities in alignment with the operational plan;
• Ensures continuous alignment between material availability, production capacity, and the delivery schedule;
• Monitors inventory levels and optimizes logistics flows to maintain them within established limits without affecting production continuity;
• Prepares and updates logistics plans based on demand evolution and internal capacity;
• Coordinates capacity planning activities in correlation with material and production planning;
• Identifies risks that may impact the logistics flow and proposes preventive and corrective actions;
• Ensures the achievement of performance indicators specific to the area of responsibility;
• Represents the department during internal and external audits;
• Provides periodic reports to the Logistics Manager on the operational status and escalates issues beyond own authority;
• Evaluates employee performance and monitors the correct and timely completion of tasks by subordinate staff.
