Candidatul Ideal
- Graduate of the Faculty of Law in Romania.
- Solid knowledge of commercial law and commercial contracts
- Minimum experience (0-2 years) in contract analysis/management
- Advanced English level (both written and spoken – mandatory)
- Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills and high potential for professional development
- Good organizational, communication and team-working skills

- Analyzing, reviewing commercial contracts with clients, transport providers, agents and partners
- Actively monitoring contractual clauses, notifications, notices, claims and contract amendments
- Ensuring contracts comply with applicable Romanian and international legislation in the field of transportation (CMR Convention, Incoterms, international conventions, customs regulations etc.)
- Providing daily legal support to company departments
- Identifying contractual risks
- Monitoring and reporting on relevant national and European legislative changes impacting the logistics and transportation industry
- Participating (under supervision) in the management of disputes, claims and legal proceedings
- Collaborating with external counsels and coordinating files when required
- Maintaining and updating the contract database and legal documentation
