To maintain register of legal documents and to register documents in the system.
To meet orders and perform entrusted tasks by managers in good faith and with proper legal care.
To comply with the internal rules, occupational health and safety requirements.
To keep confidential any kind of information received while performing job duties, especially know-how of the Company, as well do not disclose other commercial and sensitive information of the Company neither to colleagues, except as necessary for them to perform their job duties, nor to third persons.
Within its competence to provide information to managers on all matters with direct or indirect impact on Company's interests or reputation.
To collaborate with other departments of the Company and provide them with legal support, consult them.
To prepare drafts of powers of attorneys, agreements, regulations, orders, complaints, to amend procedures or policies within competency, both in Romanian and English languages.
Prepare non-standard draft contracts, draft letters, draft contract templates, contract modifications, annexes, in both Romanian and English languages.
To review proposed contract or other legal document projects by the Company's current or potential business partners, to give opinions on them to the colleagues of Legal Department / Company's management if interests of the Company are observed.
To be up-to-date with latest developments in the laws of commercial field and ensure that corporate documents of the Company are in alignment with the requirements of laws of Romania.
To develop and maintain internal information process in Jira and Wiki for European legal department.
To prepare or amend draft letters to the relevant private or state authorities as prepared by other employees of the Company, to negotiate and represent the Company’s interests in state authorities within its competence.
To ensure timely and accurate registration of the Company’s corporate documents, as well other corporate information with Romanian Commercial Register.
