Key Account Specialist

The ideal candidate for the Key Account Specialist position is a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for supporting commercial excellence. They hold a university degree and ideally bring at least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced sales or FMCG environment.

They possess:

• Excellent analytical and reporting skills, enabling them to interpret data and generate actionable insights for the sales team.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities, ensuring smooth coordination across departments and timely delivery of key information.
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, combined with initiative and the resilience to manage multiple priorities.
• Advanced digital skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and platforms.
• Professional-level English, both written and spoken, to support internal and external communication.

This candidate is a reliable team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and contributes to strategic decision-making through data-driven support and clear communication.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Conduct detailed sales and market analyses, including price monitoring.
• Communicate updates to the sales team regarding product listings, price changes, and promotions.
• Collaborate with brand managers and sales teams to monitor and evaluate marketing and sales activities.
• Develop and maintain tools for sales analysis and ensure data accuracy.

If the recruitment and selection process end with the conclusion of the individual employment contract, the personal data collected during the recruitment and selection process will be transferred to the personnel file and will be kept according to the requirements of the labor legislation. If the recruitment and selection process does not result in an employment contract, we will keep your personal data for a period of 1 year after the end of the recruitment and selection process.
