Your Responsibilities
•Serve as the commercial expert on each account, continuously monitoring shifts in the external environment and trading models.
•Develop deep financial and operational insights into each account, including payment terms, penalties, commercial conditions, and credit risk.
•Lead the development and implementation of strategic account plans aligned with BU objectives, including sales forecasts, investments, profit margins, and timelines.
•Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders across all levels of the institution, including purchasing committees, pharmacists, finance, supply chain, and hospital store managers.
•Identify and engage key decision-makers within each account, mapping stakeholder needs and influence.
•Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Sanofi to execute account-specific strategies and ensure alignment with internal teams.
•Manage negotiation and execution of procurement processes, ensuring timely contracting and compliance.
•Collaborate with supply chain and BU teams to forecast and manage delivery and stock coverage per contractual terms.
•Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify risks and opportunities, proactively adjusting plans as needed.
•Uphold Opella’s ethical standards and governance policies, acting as a role model and ambassador of our values.
