Candidate Profile:
- University degree – engineering or technical background preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within construction materials, industrial products, distribution, or DIY.
- Proven experience in managing distributors and key accounts.
- High availability for international travel.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Results-driven, autonomous, and comfortable working in an international matrix environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage long-term partnerships with distributors and International Key Accounts, including DIY channel.
- Implement the regional commercial strategy and achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the partner network across the assigned countries.
- Lead commercial negotiations and contract management.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and pricing dynamics.
- Cooperate closely with internal teams (marketing, technical support, supply chain).
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
- Frequent international travel within the assigned territory.
