Territory: Romania, Greece, Bulgaria, Serbia, Albania, Montenegro, Moldova
Industry: Construction materials / Technical solutions
A leading international company, part of a global industrial group, active in the manufacturing and distribution of construction solutions, is expanding its regional commercial team and is looking for a Regional Key Account Manager with strong B2B sales experience and international distributor management exposure. Candidate Profile:
  • University degree – engineering or technical background preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within construction materials, industrial products, distribution, or DIY.
  • Proven experience in managing distributors and key accounts.
  • High availability for international travel.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Results-driven, autonomous, and comfortable working in an international matrix environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage long-term partnerships with distributors and International Key Accounts, including DIY channel.
  • Implement the regional commercial strategy and achieve sales and profitability targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the partner network across the assigned countries.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and contract management.
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and pricing dynamics.
  • Cooperate closely with internal teams (marketing, technical support, supply chain).
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
  • Frequent international travel within the assigned territory.
