- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong English skills (mandatory)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to travel 3–4 times/year within Europe
- Interest in the automotive industry is a plus.

- Support the planning and execution of high-level events (Gala evenings, Car Tests, Summits, Press Conferences, Round Tables, International Projects)
- Coordinate event logistics end-to-end (venue setup, suppliers, timelines, on-site coordination, follow-up)
- Communicate and collaborate with partners, sponsors, suppliers, and international stakeholders
- Assist in negotiating and managing event budgets
- Create and improve social media content related to projects and events
- Contribute to presentation materials and written content.
