• Support the planning and execution of high-level events (Gala evenings, Car Tests, Summits, Press Conferences, Round Tables, International Projects)
• Coordinate event logistics end-to-end (venue setup, suppliers, timelines, on-site coordination, follow-up)
• Communicate and collaborate with partners, sponsors, suppliers, and international stakeholders
• Assist in negotiating and managing event budgets
• Create and improve social media content related to projects and events
• Contribute to presentation materials and written content.
