Junior Claims Controller

• Ask drivers for statements and collect all details about the incident (pictures, documents from police , Third party details , etc) - not later than 24h after the incident
• Translate the statement from the drivers from Romanian language in English
• Declare the incidents to Green Card Insurer-not later than 24h after the incident
• Create a claim in Dotiga for each incident and add all Documents/Information’s collected and related with the claim
• For each case communicates with the responsible person from the Claims department- not later than 24h after the Incident
• Analyzes the damage reports sent by the operational department and the informations and documents contained by these. Communicates with the operational department possible non-conformities.
• Analyzes the weekly NCR reports (non-conformity report), checks each report individually in the operational systems, creates disciplinary reports where the situations demands it and provides to the HR department the created disciplinary reports;
