Jr. Outbound Sales Representative

To continue our rapid growth, we’re looking for driven and energetic Outbound Sales Representatives to join our team and proactively engage potential and existing players.

Job Summary:
As an Outbound Sales Representative focused on player acquisition and retention, you will engage with players directly through various communication channels to introduce them to our platform, promote offers, and encourage gameplay. Your goal is to build rapport, understand players’ interests, and help guide them toward a rewarding gaming experience while ensuring compliance with responsible gaming practices.

Requirements:

• Entry level experience in outbound sales, customer service, or telemarketing—preferably in online gambling or entertainment.
• Comfortable working with call scripts and meeting performance targets.
• Strong interpersonal skills, persuasive communication style, and a customer-focused mindset.
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to navigate CRM tools and player platforms efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate contact with new and existing players via different channels
• Promote bonuses, new games, tournaments, and special promotions to encourage player activation
• Reactivate dormant accounts and reduce churn by identifying player needs and offering tailored incentives.
• Guide players through registration, deposit, and gameplay processes to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Maintain an accurate log of communications and player data in CRM systems.
• Stay updated on promotions, games, and responsible gaming guidelines to provide accurate and engaging information.
