As a Junior HR Specialist, you will support the HR department in daily operational activities, with a strong focus on personnel administration, recruitment and payroll-related support. This role is ideal for someone who already has basic HR experience and wants to further develop practical skills.

HR administration:
- Prepare and update employee documents (employment contracts, addenda, decisions, certificates)
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR system
- Collect, verify and update timesheets and working time data
- Archive personnel files, both electronic and physicalRespond to standard HR-related requests from employees
- Post job ads on recruitment platforms
- Screen CVs and manage candidate databasesSchedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates
- Prepare and check HR reports required for payroll processing
- Collect and centralize data related to working time, absences and other payroll inputs
- Support internal HR processes and projects
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding documentation
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and labor legislation
