We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Finance & Operations Controller to support our client Finance & Operations team in managing daily financial processes and operational activities.

- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, or Finance.
- At least 2 years of experience in finance, ideally within an international company.
- Experience with SAP, Coupa or other Purchase orders management system.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
- Team player who collaborates effectively across functions and virtual teams.

Accounts Payable (AP) Process
- Manage supplier invoices from the ANAF portal / Lines of Business (LoB).
- Ensure accurate Purchase Order (PO) allocation and correct GL/Cost Center coding.
- Coordinate with Global Business Services (GBS) for invoice posting, corrections, and reclassifications.
- Supervise monthly accruals and prepare cost reports for departments.
- Deliver refresher trainings to LoB teams on PO processes and correct GL/Cost Center usage.
- Support budget planning and forecasting across all business functions.
- Analyze TOC variances and provide actionable financial insights to improve cost efficiency.
- Provide day-to-day support to the Finance & Operations Director.
- Assist with scheduling, coordination, and various administrative tasks as needed.
