- Provide first-line IT support to employees, handling user requests and technical issues
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems related to office IT equipment
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, and peripheral devices
- Manage user accounts, groups, email addresses, and access permissions across company systems
- Support and administer core IT services such as Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, and other infrastructure services
- Ensure secure and efficient access to company information systems and resources
- Monitor and maintain workstation performance and overall system stability
- Perform basic network administration tasks and support connectivity issues
- Set up and maintain video conferencing systems and provide support for internal meetings or events when required
- Maintain inventory records for IT equipment and ensure accurate asset tracking
- Perform data backups and verify backup integrity
- Prepare workstations and IT equipment for new employees in collaboration with HR and office administration teams
- Coordinate maintenance and repair of IT equipment, including collaboration with external service providers
- Support procurement of IT hardware, software, and consumables in coordination with management
- Maintain technical documentation, user guides, and internal IT procedures
- Monitor the company’s IT infrastructure and propose improvements or modernization initiatives
- Ensure information security and protection against unauthorized access, malware, and system vulnerabilities
- Coordinate the installation, maintenance, and support of communication lines such as internet and telephony
- Inform management about technical issues affecting the IT infrastructure and propose corrective actions
- Perform additional tasks related to IT support and infrastructure management when required

- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration
- Experience providing user support in a corporate environment
- Experience working with IT infrastructure components and enterprise systems is an advantage
Knowledge
- Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and basic Linux administration
- Understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and basic network services
- Knowledge of local and global network fundamentals and infrastructure architecture
- Understanding of hardware components including servers, workstations, and office equipment
- Knowledge of system troubleshooting and diagnostic methods for hardware, networks, and software
- Basic knowledge of information security principles and best practices
Skills
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to provide clear and effective technical support to non-technical users
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global IT support environment
- Requirements
- Proficiency with remote support tools (e.g., RDP, TeamViewer, VNC or similar)
- Experience with workstation installation, configuration, and maintenance
- Familiarity with monitoring systems is considered an advantage
- Ability to create technical documentation and user guides
- English language proficiency – minimum B2 level (written and spoken).
