Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate end-to-end IT projects, overseeing technical teams, consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders;
Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal delivery teams, ensuring business requirements are clearly understood and translated into actionable project plans;
Define, adapt, and implement project management methodologies, processes, and documentation;
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives;
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans to ensure project success;
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, organizing meetings, workshops, status updates, and project reporting;
Manage project deliverables, requirements, acceptance processes, and quality assurance activities;
