Key qualifications:
- understands the role of an invoice in the economic activity
- prior experience in retail environment is a plus
- very good English communication skills, verbal and written; German or Hungarian is a plus
- advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- accurate and structured way of working
- attention to detail
- team player

Job description:
- verifying invoices (received in electronic format) from the suppliers and registering them in the system
- verifying order confirmations, delivery terms
- solving problems, which may appear during the verifying process of the invoices/ orders
- communication with the stakeholders (purchase and logistic departments) via e-mail and phone

Working time:
Mo – Fr: 08:00 – 17:00
