Industrial Engineer- Oradea

• Master Degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering, or industrial engineering
• Five to eight years of experience as planner in small and middle series production, ideally in vehicle manufacturing
• Experience in equipment design
• Knowledge of assemblies and complete systems
• You worked in either Mechanical and plant engineering, vehicle construction and component construction
• CAD knowledge esp. Solid Works, Siemens NX
• Experience with Siemens Programmable Logic Controller (TIA)
• Experience with electric Screwdriver (Atlas Copco)
• Knowledge in SAP
• Willingness to travel
• Fluent in Romanian and English, German is a plus

• Creation of work instructions assembly informations in collaboration with the production management.
• Holistic understanding of the Schmitz Production System (SPS) mission statement and role model function
• Collaboration in the strategic planning of the assembly
• Responsibility for the design and planning of machines and equipment
• Responsibility for creating layouts for machines, systems and processes
• Responsibility for finding and evaluating procedures,
• Active driver of the improvement system for the realization of rationalization effects
• Preparation of presentations for strategy days and SPS workshops
• Implementation Project Management Office (PMO) projects for assembly
• Collaboration in the preparation of the investment planning in assembly"
• Collaboration in the implementation of rationalization projects to reduce production hours
• Contact person for all new product developments and modifications in assembly
• Contact person for industrial engineering and for the production planning departments of the Altenberge and Gotha plants
• Contact person for suppliers on process issues
• Driving the redesign of layouts and material flows
• Responsibility for the proper implementation of the CIP process"
