Production Engineer

• Working experience in a production/ manufacturing company;
• Proven work experience as an Production / Process engineer or similar role;
• Proficient user of AutoCAD software;
• Working at a sustained pace and under time pressure;
• Team work;
• Analytical skills for evaluating information carefully and solving complex problems;

• Performs the technical analysis of the projects, including the preliminary design;
• Plans and implements the installation of production machines and equipment;
• Prepares the process projects for the introduction of the new product, ­­and purchase of tools and equipment;
• Collects and enters into the system the data specific to the field of activity;
• Plans and implements the installation of production machines and equipment;
  Prepares the process projects for the introduction of the new product, and purchase of tools and equipment;
  Monitor and analyse current manufacturing methods for improvements including, increasing yield.
• Realizes the technical specifications for the production of the products;
• Carries out the supervision of the technical means, the way of using work tools;
• Reviews and proposes changes to the technical processes;
• Prepares reports in the field of activity;
• Collaborates with the other departments in order to find the optimal solution regarding the technological aspects of production;
• Studies the existing work norms in terms of labor consumption, duration and number of workers for each task and individual process;
• Analyses the fulfilment of the norms - calculates and processes the new work norms in terms of labor consumption, duration and number of workers;
• Establishes more effective work procedures that can lead to increased Labor productivity (reducing cycle time)
• Issues Work instructions, Control Plans and the means of performing process controls, performs Process risk analysis;
