About you:
- The role of Human Resources Specialist within the Infopro Digital group is for you if you have:
- A bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field);
- Knowledge of HR practices and procedures;
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong organizational and planning abilities;
- Proficiency in MS Office;
- Advanced English language skills.

As a key member of the Human Resources team, you will report to your HR Manager and you will work in a growing department where there is opportunity to learn, develop and work on challenging projects.
Your tasks are as follows:
- Organize and maintain employee personnel records;
- Update REGES and internal HR systems whenever required;
- Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts and onboarding materials;
- Collaborate with external partners on HR-related matters;
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, CV screening, interviews);
- Support onboarding and integration of new hires;
- Provide support to employees on various HR-related topics;
- Partner with managers to identify hiring needs;
- Ensure compliance with labor law and internal policies;
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
