- Advanced Spanish/Dutch & English;
- Prior experience in Talent Acquisition or a shared service center is preferred;
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and Microsoft Office Suite;
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle sensitive information;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

- Job Requisition Creation and Sourcing: HRS TA initiates job requisitions, collaborates with additional recruiters for manual postings, and may conduct sourcing activities when needed;
- Candidate Management: Tasks include pre-screening, rejecting unsuitable candidates, and managing the applicant pipeline. Rejected candidates receive system-generated notifications;
- Offer and Contract Management: Once a candidate is selected, HRS TA prepares and sends the offer;
- Onboarding Support: HRS TA supports pre- and post-day one onboarding administratively, while Field HR handles first-day activities and probation management;
- Employee Data Management and Employee Relations: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR information system. Process employee data changes, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and transfers Handle basic employee relations matters and contribute to a positive work environment through effective communication and support.
