Required skills:
- University Degree in Business Administration (a MSc in HRM is a plus)
- At least 5 years working experience in similar position ideally in Technology/ Industrial area.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office & ERP tools (SAP, Charisma)
- Good knowledge of Romanian labour law
- Excellent knowledge of English language
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Team player
- Discreet and trustworthy, accurate and reliable
- Good organizer and coordinator
- Ability to take initiatives

The position reports to company’s General Manager and his/her main tasks will be the following:
- Implement and update HR policies
- Collaborate with General Manager and coordinate the execution of the tasks assigned by him in the area of HR
- Manage employee life cycle - recruitment, selection and hiring process
- Keep track of the budgeted open positions and personnel fluctuations
- Create and coordinate the execution of the Annual Training Plan
- Coordinate the annual appraisal process for all employees
- Organize and coordinate the activities regarding Health & Safety
- Observe the labour law and all legislative updates and inform top management about the necessary actions to be taken
- Participate in the Collective Labour agreement negotiation with the employees
- Coordinate the payroll execution in collaboration with the external provider
- Coordinate internal reporting activity, and external to parent-company
- Follow the provisions of the standard corporate procedures and quality manual
