🧭 About the Role
As HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting and developing all people-related processes at site level, ensuring a consistent and compliant employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
You will act as a trusted partner for managers and employees, supporting workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, organizational development, and HR compliance. You will help build a strong people culture while ensuring the effective implementation of local and group HR policies, procedures, and standards.

You will act as a trusted partner for managers and employees, supporting workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, organizational development, and HR compliance. You will help build a strong people culture while ensuring the effective implementation of local and group HR policies, procedures, and standards.
🔹 Essential Requirements:
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or complex organizational environment.
- Strong knowledge of Romanian labor legislation and HR best practices.
- Good understanding of the full employee lifecycle and core HR processes.
- Experience in employee relations, recruitment, HR administration, and performance management.
- Strong communication, consulting, influencing, negotiation, and conflict-management skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience working with HR data, reporting, and KPIs.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, ownership, and professional judgment.
- Ability to prioritize multiple topics and work effectively in a dynamic and changing environment.
- Fluent Romanian and good English language skills; additional languages are considered an advantage.
- Advanced MS Office skills and experience working with HRIS and reporting tools.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.

- Act as a trusted HR partner for managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, people matters, and organizational topics.
- Support workforce planning activities, organizational changes, headcount management, and talent needs across the business.
- Support recruitment, selection, onboarding, and integration activities to ensure a positive employee experience.
- Manage HR administration processes throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate employee documentation and HR data.
- Collaborate with payroll and external/internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate payroll and benefits administration.
- Advise on employee relations matters, labor law topics, disciplinary cases, grievances, performance issues, and employment terminations.
- Support compensation and benefits processes, including salary reviews, benchmarking, grading, bonus administration, and benefit programs.
- Support performance management activities, providing guidance on goal setting, feedback, evaluations, and development actions.
- Identify training and development needs and support learning, talent management, succession planning, and career development initiatives.
- Contribute to employee engagement, wellbeing, retention, internal communication, and culture-building activities.
- Maintain and improve HR policies, procedures, systems, templates, and workflows, supporting digitalization and process optimization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Romanian labor legislation, GDPR requirements, internal regulations, and company standards.
- Support internal and external audits and contribute to corrective and continuous improvement actions.
- Coordinate and support all Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes in line with Diehl Aviation's Life-Cycle-Oriented People Management approach (LOPM).
