Candidatul Ideal

We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading high-performing teams.

The ideal candidate is a confident and inspiring leader with strong operational and commercial awareness, excellent communication skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. They are proactive, solution-oriented and lead by example, creating a positive and motivating workplace culture.

We value professionals who are highly organized, guest-focused and committed to maintaining the highest service standards. The successful candidate should have proven experience in hotel operations, strong leadership and people management skills, financial awareness, and the ability to drive performance while ensuring full compliance with brand standards.

Previous experience as a Hotel General Manager or Operations Manager in a 4-star or international hotel is highly preferred. Experience working with Accor brand standards and knowledge of the OPERA PMS system will be considered strong advantages.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or Operations Manager within an international or reputable hotel environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and Revenue Management.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen.
• Experience with hotel PMS systems (Opera knowledge is considered a strong advantage).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English is required; additional languages represent an advantage.
• Highly organized, proactive, guest-oriented and results-driven.
• Ability to lead by example and inspire high-performing teams

Key Responsibilities
• Lead all hotel operations while ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Develop, motivate and manage department heads and hotel teams.
• Monitor financial performance, budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Maximize revenue through effective commercial strategies and revenue management.
• Ensure compliance with Accor brand standards, health & safety regulations and local legislation.
• Drive operational efficiency and continuously improve guest experience.
• Build strong relationships with corporate clients, partners and local stakeholders.
• Recruit, coach and develop high-performing teams while fostering a positive working culture.
• Analyze KPIs and implement action plans to achieve business objectives.
