About the Coca-Cola Program:
Supply Chain Future Leaders Program - This is a full-time graduate role, not an internshipDuration: 1 year and 3 months of accelerated learning and hands-on development Growth: Gain exposure to real manufacturing operations, mentoring, technical training, and impactful projects Impact: Contribute directly to quality improvement initiatives and operational excellence from day one
Your Key Roles:
Quality Focus: Support the QA team in ensuring product quality, food safety, and compliance with internal and external standardsHands-on Experience: Participate in quality control activities, laboratory testing, inspections, and production samplingProject Involvement: Participate in or contribute to departmental and cross-functional quality improvement projectsResponsibility: Plan, organize, and deliver on your assignments, objectives, projects, and resultsCollaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with production teams, colleagues, and mentorsInnovation: Propose and support process, quality, and operational improvements
If This Sounds Like You, You’re Ready to Open Up Your Career:
Experience: Not required, but passion and potential are! Curiosity: You are eager to learn, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow in a manufacturing environmentEducation: Recently graduated or in your final year in Food Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar fieldsSkills: Proficient in English and comfortable using MS Office and digital toolsEngagement: Active in volunteering, student organizations, technical projects, or pursuing a unique passion
