Fleet Manager

• interest in the automotive market and knowledge of the specificity of the automotive industry
• min. 3 years of experience in car fleet management
• good command of the English language
• highly developed analytical skills
• fluency in using MS Office, especially MS Excel
• highly developed communication and relationship building skills
• experience of close cooperation with demanding managerial staff
• perfect organization of own work and resistance to stress
• focus on high quality of internal customer service
• driving license category B
• knowledge of the fleet application will be an advantage

• co-creating the policy of the company car fleet,
• planning and monitoring of the fleet budget (annual or longer),
• analyzing, controlling and forecasting costs related to the car fleet,
• optimization of costs, processes and full reporting in the managed area,
• enforcing the rules of using cars in accordance with the company's policy,
• advice on the configuration of new cars for employees,
• pool car management,
• providing professional service to users of company cars,
• cooperation with external suppliers,
• cooperation with the internal back office team.
