Role Overview: We are looking for a Field Service Supervisor to oversee installation activities for hydropower projects worldwide. You will work closely with international teams, subcontractors, and customers to ensure safe, high-quality, and efficient project execution.

Main Responsibilities

Technical Supervision

• Supervise generator installation and assembly works
• Support electrical testing and measurements
• Check technical measurements and reports
• Guide subcontractors to ensure work follows technical standards
• Coordinate technical issues with engineering teams
• Ensure tools and equipment are available on site

Project Coordination

• Track project schedule and site progress
• Coordinate daily site activities and subcontractors
• Monitor installation quality and safety compliance
• Support problem-solving and site decisions
• Coordinate deliveries and materials with project teams

Reporting

• Prepare weekly and progress reports
• Document site meetings and project updates
• Report deviations and HSE status

HSE & Site Management

• Ensure health, safety, and quality procedures are followed
• Conduct safety briefings and equipment inspections
• Manage site workforce scheduling and discipline
• Track working hours and site attendance

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Experience with installation or manufacturing of generators/electrical motors
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Good MS Office and CAD knowledge
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Good English skills required; German is a plus
• Availability for international travel
