Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with SAP and Primavera P6 is considered an advantage.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, Solid Edge, or similar engineering software is desirable.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Additional foreign language skills are considered a plus.

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to provide technical support, planning, and coordination for field installation projects involving rotating equipment and related systems. The successful candidate will act as the key interface between site teams, subcontractors, customers, and project management, ensuring that quality, safety, and schedule objectives are achieved.
The role is part of an international engineering organization delivering large-scale projects within the renewable energy sector, with a strong focus on hydropower generation equipment, including turbines, generators, and associated balance-of-plant systems. The position combines technical expertise, project coordination, and stakeholder management in a global and multicultural environment.
Location & Working Model:
Bucharest, hybrid (3 days/week in the office).
Mainly office-based role with occasional site visits.
