We are looking for an ambitious Event Sales Coordinator to join our team in Bucharest. In this role, you will be responsible for selling and coordinating a wide range of events hosted in our cinemas, including corporate meetings, conferences, private screenings, product launches, celebrations, and other special events.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in B2B sales, Corporate sales, Event sales, Hospitality sales, or Business Development is an advantage.
- Passion for sales and developing long-term client relationships.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, positive, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
- Strong commercial, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in Romanian and good command of English.

- Conduct post-event follow-up with clients to strengthen long-term partnerships.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the team's overall performance.
- Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Prepare regular sales reports, sales forecasts and pipeline updates.

Ne dorim să fim cel mai bun loc unde se vizionează filmele și suntem primii care aducem cele mai noi producții, tehnologii de ultimă generație și cele mai spectaculoase formate, precum IMAX, 4DX, VIP. În România, Cinema City are 26 de multiplexuri, cu un total de 237 de săli, în 19 oraşe din ţară.
Megaplexul cu cele mai multe sali din Romania (21), Cinema City Cotroceni, include şi prima sala IMAX din Romania dar şi 3 Săli VIP. A doua sală IMAX din Romania a fost deschisă in mai 2016 în Timișoara Shopping City.
In mai 2015 se deschide Cinema City Mega Mall, primul multiplex din Romania care are si sala 4DX, urmand ca în iulie sa se deschida şi cea de-a doua, în Cinema City Constanta City Park, iar in aprilie cea de-a treia în Cinema City Timisoara Shopping City. În august 2017 am continua extinderea cu a patra sala 4DX in Brăila Mall, iar in martie 2018 am deschis cea de-a cincea locatie 4DX din totalul de 500 de săli 4DX la nivel global, in Cluj Iulius Mall.
