Candidatul Ideal
- Lead tourists in bus tours in Bucharest and other cities in Romania and/or Europe
- Explain the history, traditions, museums, castles ecc to the tourists – it will be provided a training
- A tour leader must be a master problem solver, a passionate public speaker, an expert on the area he/she guides in, both from a environmental as well as from a historical point of views, and, last-but-not-least, a good organiser.
- Lead engaging and informative tours for groups of travelers.
- Ensure guests have a fun and memorable experience.
- Adapt tours based on group dynamics and interests.
- Represent our company with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
- Conducts tours in an engaging and professional manner
- Displays a positive, friendly and professional attitude in all interactions with customers, fellow employees, citizens, competitors, hotel/resort staff, and management.

- - Previous guiding experience is a plus but not required
- - Ability to speak to groups and engage with different audiences.
- - Strong time management and organizational skills.
- - Comfortable with standing and walking for extended periods.
- - Effective communication skills: energetic, outgoing, entertaining speaker.
- - Team player that is self-motivated and takes initiative.
- - Good judgment and problem solving skills.

- Driving licence type B
