Extensive experience (5-10 years) in marketing strategy, campaign management and team coordination
Experience in working with online advertising platforms and tracking tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads etc)
Strong knowledge in defining a consistent communication strategy
Ability to define and sustain relevant KPIs for online marketing efforts
Good understanding of affiliate marketing tactics
Experience in working with Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication skills and ability to offer feedback
Strong attention to detail
Economics/Marketing/Communication/Social Sciences background is a plus

Monitors overall performance and proposes the strategic marketing direction for the Tello brand
Supervises brand presence and content
Manages the advertising budget and the overall advertising strategy, by perfecting the mix of channels to meet the CPA and customer acquisition goals
Manages the team and sets performance-driven goals for both the team and individual members
Supervises Tello service promotions (makes estimates; proposes site changes; sets up tasks and follows up on implementation; gathers results and follows retention performance for each campaign)
Supervises Tello device promotions (follows competition and compares device portfolio and pricing; proposes devices to Telecom and decides on pricing and monthly promotions with Telecom; sets tasks for promotional pricing)
Supervises retention efforts and develops action plans together with the retention team to reduce the overall churn rates
