Qualifications/Required Skills:
-Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (specialization in Electronics or equivalent)
- 5–10 years of experience in a similar role within electronic assembly
-Solid knowledge of electronics, PCBs, cable assembly, and electronic manufacturing processes
- Experience with CAM systems, PCB layout, and project management tools (e.g., MS Project)
- Adaptable to dynamic environments and familiar with IPC standards
- Proficient in reading engineering drawings
-Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
-Skilled in problem-solving, decision-making, and data analysis
-Highly organized with effective time management and task prioritization abilities
-Fluent German or/and English

Key Responsibilities:
-Under the guidance of the current Head of Production Engineering, you will contribute to daily operations and progressively assume responsibility for delegated tasks and projects
-Develop the engineering team through supervision, training, and performance management
-Coordinate team activities and optimize resource use for efficient operations
-Implement departmental strategies and ensure compliance with company and industry standards
-Act as a technical reference for production processes, norms, and standards
-Collaborate on feasibility studies, documentation validation, and product introductions
-Develop and maintain manufacturing and assembly documentation
-Prepare and validate production files (e.g., work orders, drawings, processes)
-Manage product changes, including assessments and implementation of modifications
-Provide engineering support for new product launches
-Work cross-functionally to maintain smooth production workflows
-Monitoring and reporting on team performance
