Addressing client requests in written form (chats, emails).
Being compliance with service quality standards.
Interacting with other departments to improve work processes.
Being an effective cooperation with customer service teams in the international offices of the company.
Broadcasting customers feedback on product and processes to relevant departments.
Maintaining a positive working environment in our multicultural team.
Ensuring all chat transfers between the departments are handled in a correct manner.
Tracking proper assignment of dedicated resources to tickets.
