Education and Experience:

• Economic studies.
• Previous experience in a similar position 3- 5 year.
• Fluent command of English.
• Experience with ERPs - Navision is an advantage.
• Experience in manufacturing area/ production companies.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office - advanced use of Excel is an advantage: sum, if, match, choose, index, vlookup, pivot tables etc.) is an advantage.
• Advantage to be qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, and CIPFA) with a minimum of 5 years experience within a manufacturing or related company of an equivalent size;

Tasks and responsibilities include:

• Management of accounting activities.
• Assist the BU Director in the preparation of the Annual Accounts.
• Maintain together with BU KPI`s, including EBITDA, Savings plan, Working Capital, Cashflow.
• Monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Maintain controls over the recording of fixed asset values and depreciation.
• Work autonomously and have a proven track record in delivering key targets.
• Regular interaction with Group Finance Director.
• Ensure the integrity of the inventory records from a accounting valuation perspective.
• To professionally carry out accounting, through a good knowledge of accounting theory and practice (recording, classification, examination and analysis of financial transactions)
• To ensure the support of the company's activities by keeping accurate and up-to-date accounting, in accordance with the accounting and tax regulations in force.
• Ensure the accounting registration of all transactions in accordance with local regulations
• Implement, carry out and supervise the implementation of internal controls related to the accounting department
• Prepare and update the Fixed Assets Register
• Prepare reports for local authorities and ensure the timely preparation of tax returns
• Calculate taxes and fees in accordance with the legal requirements in force
• Organize and participate in the preparation of the closing works of the financial-accounting year, of the inventory operations of the patrimony, following the way of capitalizing the inventory results;
• To support from an accounting point of view and to prepare reports and analyses for the management of the companies
• To ensure the relationship with the tax authorities and to cooperate with the auditors of the companies, to provide support in the case of tax inspections and audit missions.
• Participates and ensures the right approach to fiscal controls.
