Ideal Candidate

At least 5 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably within a multinational environment or HR consultancy;
Solid experience in Compensation & Benefits topics such as job grading, salary benchmarking, pay band concepts, incentive plans, and compensation review processes;
Good understanding of job evaluation and grading methodologies; experience with Mercer methodology would be considered an advantage;
Strong affinity for data, analysis, structure, and process documentation;
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills;
Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or Workday would be considered an advantage;
High level of integrity, quality orientation and attention to detail;
Good project management and stakeholder management skills;
Advanced English language skills; German would be considered an advantage.

Job Description

We are recruiting a **Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist** for the company's Global Reward team. This is a full-time employment contract (CIM), with the possibility to work remotely from Romania.
The role is focused on contributing to the **design, administration, and continuous development of global Compensation & Benefits frameworks across the Group**. It has direct impact on compensation policies, processes, and systems, covering areas such as job grading, pay bands, incentive plans, annual compensation review, and the global job catalogue.
Contribute to the development and consistent application of global Compensation & Benefits policies, processes, and frameworks;
Support efficient, transparent, and market-aligned compensation practices across the Group;
Work on job grading, pay bands, management levels, and related compensation structures;
Support the design and further development of Short-Term and Long-Term Incentive plans;
Contribute to the annual compensation review process at Group level;
Monitor current trends in Compensation & Benefits and translate relevant insights into process improvements;
Support the design and implementation of new frameworks, as well as the continuous improvement of existing processes;
Partner with operational HR teams worldwide in the implementation and application of globally standardized policies, while considering local requirements;
Monitor compliance with agreed compensation processes and standards;
Administer the central grading matrix and support job evaluation activities;
Extract salary benchmarks and contribute to the development and maintenance of pay bands;
Maintain and continuously develop the Group’s global job catalogue;
Prepare reports and handle ad-hoc requests related to Compensation & Benefits topics.
