Strong hands-on experience in **process mining, process analysis, or data-supported process** improvement initiatives;
Experience working with process mining **platforms (e.g. Celonis or similar)**;
Good knowledge of **SQL, Python / R, Power BI / Tableau**;
Ability to translate complex data and **process insights into clear, structured messages** for business and senior stakeholders;
**Confidence** in working with international stakeholders, including senior leadership profiles;
**Independent, proactive, and assertive, while remaining collaborative and pragmatic**;

We are looking for a **Process Mining Specialist** to join the Global Product Architecture team and play a **key role in building, scaling, and delivering process mining capabilities at global level.** This role sits at the intersection of process excellence, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration, with strong exposure to international leadership and Digital | SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives. Define and further develop the **process mining methodology** in close collaboration with key stakeholders across the organization; Consolidate **business and technical requirements** for process mining use cases and tooling; Manage and support the **implementation of the selected process mining tool (CELONIS)**, working closely with internal and external partners; Develop and deliver a **process mining service** for internal customers, such as global process owners and business architects; Build and maintain **process analysis dashboards**, translating data into actionable insights - make use of Celonis, SQL, PowerBI / Tableau, etc; Analyze end-to-end business processes, **identify bottlenecks, deviations, and improvement** opportunities; Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders, **supporting data-driven decisions**; Contribute to the further development of the process mining service in alignment with ongoing **SAP S/4HANA rollouts** and global digital initiatives. 13th salary; Meal & gift vouchers; Health insurance; Full remote work (Romania only), based on a Romanian employment contract (CIM); High visibility role with strong exposure to global stakeholders and strategic digital initiatives.
