- Experience working in a cross-functional environment, supporting teams such as sales, logistics, purchasing, or marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date product databases, price lists, and promotional materials.
- Handle communication with suppliers, customers, and internal departments.
- Assist in the execution of sales campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Analyze sales data and generate insights to assist in decision-making.
- Assist in preparing reports on stock movements, sales forecasts
- Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data related to sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare reports for the commercial team on product performance and sales trends.
- Support in the creation and maintenance of accurate CRM (Customer Relationship Management) records.
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Assist in the coordination of cross-departmental projects and activities.
- Provide general administrative support to the commercial department as required.
