• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role (commercial analysis, financial analysis, business analyst), ideally in a FMCG or international company;
• Completed higher education (preferably in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or related fields);
• Solid knowledge of SAP, Excel and/or other data analysis tools (Power BI is a plus);
• Strong analythical capabilities with attention to detail, synthesis, and information presentation skills;
• Ability to work in a team with excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility and accountability;
• Good command of English (written and spoken).

• Analyze commercial and financial data to identify trends and growth opportunities;
• Customer rebates accruals, posting, reconcile and issue invoices;
• Participate in monthly closing process, manage and reconcile data from multiple sources to ensure consistensy and accuracy;
• Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, costs, and profitability to support commercial initiatives;
• Participate to commercial activities to improve existent reports or design new reports;
• Act as a finance business partner to business and lunctional leaders;
• Support the management team in strategic decision-making by providing relevant data;
• Monitor the market and competition to propose optimization measures;
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance departments to implement commercial initiatives.
