Ideal Candidate
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in a Business/ Sales Analyst role, or similar position, managing complex business processes and applying advanced analytical, technical, and business expertise to support operational and strategic objectives;
Proven ability to collect (from CRM), analyze, organize, and present data using spreadsheet format, and support business and sales operations in a multinational environment;
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to generate meaningful business insights;
Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional and international teams;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Job Description
Developing and implementing programs to improve operational efficiency, process consistency, and compliance in support of financial and business objectives;
Establishing, maintaining, communicating, and delivering training on business practices, and operational processes across the organization;
Collaborating with cross-functional departments, including Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management, to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing;
Collecting, validating, analyzing, and maintaining business data to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), measure actual performance against business objectives, and ensure data integrity;
Preparing and presenting budget, forecast, and performance updates to management, highlighting variances, business risks, and improvement opportunities;
Advising management on the financial impact, compliance requirements, and business implications of strategic decisions and commercial initiatives;
Monitoring process adherence, and ensuring compliance with internal approval workflows and corporate policies;
Driving the implementation of new processes, to enhance efficiency, governance, and business performance.
