Claims Adjuster – Motor Vehicle Technical Expert

• Speak Romanian on a native level
• Experience: minimum 2 years in car insurance (ideally in the field of extended warranties, TPL/CASCO damages/extended warranties or service relationships).
• Technical studies (preferably graduate of the Faculty of Road Vehicles): automotive engineering, mechanical engineering or experience in a car service.
• Have technical knowledge of automobiles, including understanding vehicle parts and repair processes and common faults.
• Have analytical thinking and rigor.
• Have strong customer-oriented approach and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Demonstrate high attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and compliance with policies and regulations.
• SW skills: MS Office, Hands on experience with CRM applications, claims management platforms
• Your English proficiency is at least at communication level

• Communication with customers, who hold our insurance and need to report or resolve vehicle damage (80% telephone contact).
• Guiding clients through the full claims settlement process - from claim reporting, registration in the internal system, explaining individual steps, and compiling required documents for claims adjusters.
• Online administration and archiving of documentation.
• Damage assessment, handling of the settlement process, closing of the case.
• Verification of estimates and invoices
