We are looking for a Client Experience & Cashier to join our team, someone who combines operational precision with genuine care for people and understands that the checkout experience is an important part of the client journey.
THE ROLE
As a Client Experience & Cashier, you will be responsible for ensuring that every transaction is handled seamlessly, while contributing to the elevated experience we create for our clients.

You are someone who:
Has a genuine interest in luxury, fashion, hospitality and client experience;

Has excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy;

Has good computer skills.Previous experience in cashier operations, retail, hospitality, luxury, fashion or another premium industry is an advantage.

You will:
Welcome clients and guests with warmth, elegance and professionalism;
Manage the checkout experience with accuracy, efficiency and attention to detail;
Process payments and transactions in accordance with internal procedures;
Handle exchanges, returns and reservations with discretion and professionalism;
Provide accurate information and assistance to clients throughout their visit;
Collaborate closely with the Sales Consultants to ensure a seamless client journey from the sales floor to checkout;
Support clients with additional requests and contribute to making their visit comfortable and memorable;
Maintain an immaculate and organized checkout and client-facing area;
Support daily store operations, including inventory activities and other operational procedures;
Ensure the appropriate handling of cash and other payment methods;
Protect confidential client and company information;
Contribute to the overall image and standards of TOFF Galleries.BEYOND THE TRANSACTION
This is not a role limited to the cash desk.
We are looking for someone who is naturally attentive to people, notices the details and enjoys creating a sense of welcome and belonging.

As you develop your knowledge of TOFF Galleries, our brands, our clients and the standards of luxury service, the role offers the opportunity to gradually take on broader Client Experience responsibilities.
This can become a starting point for a longer-term journey within the Client Experience & Concierge Services.
Previous experience in cashier operations, retail, hospitality, luxury, fashion or another premium industry is an advantage.
