Area Sales Manager - Utilaje agricole

• Brasov (judetele Brasov, Sibiu)
• Craiova (judetele Valcea, Gorj, Mehedinti, Dolj, Olt)
• Slobozia (judetele Ialomita, Calarasi)

• Studii superioare, preferabil in domeniul agronomic, mecanic sau economic reprezinta un avantaj
• Experienta de 3–5 ani in vanzari B2B, ideal in utilaje agricole, echipamente tehnice sau domenii conexe
• Cunoasterea pietei agricole regionale reprezinta un avantaj
• Abilitati solide de negociere, comunicare si orientare catre rezultat
• Personalitate proactiva, antreprenoriala, cu focus pe relatii comerciale durabile
• Cunostinte IT si limba engleza – nivel mediu (utilizare CRM si instrumente digitale)
• Disponibilitate pentru activitate de teren

• Prospectarea pietei si identificarea de clienti noi in zona alocata
• Prezentarea echipamentelor si serviciilor companiei in cadrul vizitelor de teren
• Negocierea si incheierea contractelor de vanzare
• Colaborarea cu echipele de service si after-sales pentru oferirea de solutii complete
• Dezvoltarea si mentinerea relatiilor comerciale pe termen lung
• Gestionarea autonomă a zonei si raportarea periodica a activitatii in CRM.
