We are looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer to join our growing team.
You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and availability of business-critical applications while working closely with development, infrastructure, and operations teams.

Main responsibilities:
Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the application system to ensure its stable operation.
Monitor and analyze application performance, identify and resolve system issues.
Assist in the deployment and upgrade of application systems to ensure a smooth transition.
Maintain operation and maintenance documents, record system changes and operation manuals.
Provide technical support to solve technical problems raised by customers and internal teams.
Assist in conducting system health checks, prevent potential risks, and provide improvement suggestions.
Collaborate with the development team to support the development and testing environment of application systems.
Job requirements:
Educational background:
College degree or above in computer science, information technology, software engineering or related majors (equivalent overseas education).
At least 3 years of experience in application operation and maintenance or system management.
Experience in application operation and maintenance for large enterprises or multinational corporations is preferred.
Certification requirements:
Familiar with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework and best practices for application operation and maintenance.
Holders of relevant technical certifications (such as RHCE, MCSE, AWS, Azure, etc.) are preferred.
Skill requirements:
Familiar with common application maintenance tools (such as Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.) and automated maintenance technologies (such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef, etc.), with the ability to troubleshoot system failures and optimize performance.
Proficiency in at least one programming language (such as Python, Java, Shell, etc.) is preferred.
Have experience in database management (such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.).
Good communication and collaboration skills, able to work closely with development teams and other technical teams.
Language requirements:
Fluent English communication skills, capable of conducting professional oral and written communication.
