About the Role

We are seeking an International B2B Sales & Call Center Consultant who can operate beyond scripts and standard call structures.

A professional who blends communication, strategy, and ambition to build real, long-term business relationships at an international level.

In this position, you will:

Engage with global B2B clients and high-level decision-makers

Identify and create sales opportunities, not wait for them

Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and industry events

Develop and nurture strategic partnerships across global markets

Drive measurable commercial growth through meaningful conversations

Participate in intensive, fully paid training at our headquarters in Germany

You bring:

Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or cold calling

Strong proficiency in English (mandatory) additional languages are a major advantage

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

A hunter mentality: resilient, driven, and motivated by high performance

Strong relationship-building abilities, both remotely and face-to-face

The ability to turn setbacks into leverage and conversations into partnerships

Professional discipline, confidence, and a long-term mindset

Ability to work with CRM systems, pricing tools, and sales forecasting models

Willingness to travel internationally when required

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

Proactively identify, contact, and develop new B2B clients across global markets

Maintain and expand strong, long-term relationships with existing customers

Conduct periodic customer visits (virtual and in-person) to strengthen partnerships and understand business needs

Serve as a trusted point of contact and advisor for clients in the electronics and semiconductor industry

2. Cold Calling & Lead Generation

Execute high-level cold calls to engage new prospects

Qualify leads and assess client requirements

Build a sustainable pipeline through strategic outreach and consistent follow-up

Craft persuasive messages adapted to technical and business decision-makers

3. Offering, Negotiation & Order Winning

Prepare tailored quotations based on customer specifications and market availability

Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and commercial conditions

Collaborate with purchasing teams to secure stock and ensure competitive offers

Successfully win orders and contribute directly to monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire order cycle

4. Industry Expertise & Market Intelligence

Understand electronic components, supply chain dynamics, and global market trends

Communicate product information clearly and professionally

Stay informed on industry fluctuations affecting availability, demand, and pricing

Present Chip 1 Exchange’s value proposition in a compelling and authoritative manner

5. International Collaboration & Events

Represent Chip 1 Exchange at international trade shows, conferences, and industry exhibitions

Collaborate daily with global teams (Purchasing, Logistics, Sales Management)
