Candidatul Ideal
- Bachelor's degree (in Economics - an advantage)
Work Experience:
- 0.5-1 year of total work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office at a medium level
- Familiarity with SAP is a plus
- Prior experience in a contact center and/or Shared Service Center is a plus
Skills and Qualities:
- English proficiency at B1-B2 level
- Demonstrated accuracy and precision
- Strong planning and organization abilities
- Ability to take on responsibility

- Posting fixed assets additions, disposals, transfers, and depreciation in SAP
- Create the Customer accounts in SAP based on standard request form properly completed, documented, reviewed and signed off at local level.
- Create the Customer account only once the credit risk controls are properly carried out at local level by the Credit Management team.
- Update the Customers Master data based on a standard request form similarly as for Master data creation.
- Generate the monthly customers statements of account as agreed with the local entity and sendthem to the local entity for onward transfer to the customers (external and intercompany).
- Perform a regular monthly / quarterly customer account reconciliation on a scope and a timeline as agreed with the local entity.
