- Managing supplier accounting activities:
- Ensuring the correct and timely recording of all purchase invoices for goods and services, leasing, fixed assets, inventory items, and expense/travel reimbursements
- Recording and managing the cash register
- Processing payments to suppliers, salaries, state taxes, etc.
- Preparing balance confirmations at the end of the financial year for suppliers and all banks; verifying and resolving identified discrepancies
- Creating new suppliers in the system or updating existing ones (as needed)
- Collaborating with other departments to optimize financial processes
- Providing necessary support during internal/external audits and ANAF inspections
