• Relevant experience in the accounting field
• Higher education in finance and accounting
• Solid knowledge of accounting and experience with an ERP system (ideally SAP)
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office

• Ensuring the correct and timely recording of all purchase invoices for goods and services, leasing, fixed assets, inventory items, and expense/travel reimbursements
• Recording and managing the cash register
• Processing payments to suppliers, salaries, state taxes, etc.
• Preparing balance confirmations at the end of the financial year for suppliers and all banks; verifying and resolving identified discrepancies
• Creating new suppliers in the system or updating existing ones (as needed)
