ACCOUNTING & TAX SPECIALIST

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting; extra accounting certifications are a plus;
• Experience on a similar position; experience in telecommunications industry / infrastructure is an advantage;
• Solid accounting & tax knowleadge; financial reporting & controlling are a plus (RAS and IFRS);
• Advance English skills (writing/speaking/reading);
• Excellent PC skills: Microsoft Office (focus on Excel); SAP experience is an advantage;

Ensuring accurate and timely financial accounting information and reporting, in compliance with legal provision, while operating within the group policies and procedures framework.

FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING & OPERATIONS in company systems:
– Performs manual postings, controls the automatic postings and the ones performed by the external financial-accounting service providers, to ensure chronological and systematic operation and accounting records, and to accurately reflect on accounts the company's transaction;
– Monitor and ensure all accounting records are correct and up-to-date, on daily basis, in accordance with the Romanian accounting and tax provisions, to ensure local compliance, and in line with IFRS and group accounting policies and procedures, for group consolidation purposes;
– Ensures the monthly accounting operations, reconciliations and closing process in accordance with the group reporting deadlines and legal provisions;
– Ensures control of the above mentioned account transactions and balances, for the correct and exact information disclosure in company's systems;
– Receivables and payables constant monitoring and reconciliation;
– Assists and offers support to the financial department for month-end closing and the ongoing acitivty;

FINANCE REPORTING
I. COMPANY REPORTING organizing, preparing, coordinating or assisting and supporting submission in due time of RAS and IFRS reporting packages, as well as other required reports;
II. FISCAL REPORTING preparation, reconciliation and submission in due time, in cooperation with tax consultants and other responsibles;

SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES
– Company's financial or internal audits, internal controls, annual inventory of company patrimony and other group or authorities controls;
– Budgeting, controlling and reporting activities;
– Involved in company's finance or business projects as well in software implementations and development;
– Development of finance and accounting policies, procedures and work instructions
– Organizing and maintaining the archive of supporting documentation, accounting and tax registers, financial statements and reportings and company registration documents, in accordance with legal provisions;
