As a key leader within the Order Control organization, you will oversee Business Unit Managers, optimize end-to-end ordering processes, reduce operational risks, and support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven management, digital transformation, and cross-functional collaboration.

- Fluent in English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Availability and flexibility to travel for business purposes in support of business objective

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement Order Control strategies and performance plans for assigned Business Units
- Lead, coach, and support Business Unit Managers in achieving operational and business targets
- Monitor KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Integrate digital solutions and artificial intelligence opportunities into operational strategies
- Support workload optimization and resource allocation when needed
- Implement cost reduction initiatives and action plans
- Manage operational risks and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve order control performance
- Act as an interface with customers and internal teams on complex operational matters
- Participate in budget preparation and monitor financial performance.
