Adecco is looking for a Student Assistant on behalf of an international technology and telecommunications organisation, to join its Finance & Data team.

This is a great opportunity for a student interested in finance, data, reporting and business systems to gain hands-on experience in an international environment.

You will support the team with the administration and day-to-day operation of Jedox, a business planning and reporting platform, while also contributing to budgeting, reporting, data management and documentation activities.

• Support the administration and day-to-day operation of the Jedox system

• Act as a point of contact for system users and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders

• Manage user access, licenses and system administration activities

• Support monthly ICC volume and invoicing processes

• Maintain master data, mappings and budget model information

• Monitor system operations and help ensure data accuracy and quality

• Support budgeting, reporting and other finance-related processes

• Maintain relevant documentation and process knowledge

• Contribute to BI, analysis and automation activities when relevant

• Support other tasks and projects as needed

• You are currently studying at university, ideally in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, IT, Data Analytics or a related field

• Basic understanding of budgeting, reporting or financial data processes

• Good Excel skills, including formulas, lookups and pivot tables

• Comfortable working with data and paying attention to detail

• Interest in learning new business systems and tools; experience with Jedox or similar platforms is a plus

• Basic knowledge of Power BI, SQL or Power Automate is an advantage

• Good English communication skills

• Structured and detail-oriented

• Reliable and comfortable with recurring operational tasks
